I was having a lot of problems with Windows 10: constant crashing, some apps fully not working (for example, Device Manager crashes when I try anything in it), and it can't shut down properly, getting stuck on "shutting down." I tried an SFC scan, and it reported no problems. Then, I tried a DISM scan, and it has been stuck like this for about two hours. Should I just cancel it and try reinstalling Windows, or what?
