Stuck on automatic repair loop

Ok hey so I have a windows 11 pc I haven’t used my computer in a couple of weeks because of this so every time I try and reset my computer or use it the computer opens up saying preparing automatic repair then takes me to a blue screen that says choose and option well I tried all those options and nothing works not even factory resetting it works it won’t allow me too know YouTube videos are helping and I really need my pc so if anybody could help that’d be wonderful
