i turned off my pc then i turned on the resolution is full changed,it was 1920x1080 it's now 1024x768 , and the monitor is shown as non-pnp ,my monitor is Acer B246HL

I wouldn't think much of the "generic" monitor, the important part is that the graphics driver is installed properly - preferably with DDU first to uninstall it and then reinstalled later

Then restart the PC and see if the resolutions are back
