My Windows 11 is having a visual bug. Every time I format the system, the same bugs come back. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with Windows 11 itself, but it keeps happening. Here’s the problem: when I open the browser or watch a video, it works fine for a while, but then the image freezes. The audio keeps playing normally, but the screen stays frozen. I can still move the mouse and interact, but the image doesn’t update. To unfreeze it, I have to minimize and reopen the browser. This issue doesn’t happen only in the browser, but in other applications too. How can I fix this?

sounds like whatever hardware is decoding the video can't handle it, maybe
try without hardware acceleration
Worse still, this happens in any program, whether it's a video program or not, and even in games!
The board is new! The PC itself is new, this happens with all my PCs
I had to go back to Windows 10 because of this bug, as it happened every time.
that's most likely not a bug caused by windows 11 but a bad video driver
My video card is RX 7600 + Ryzen 7 5700X
I always try to keep the drivers as up to date as possible.
can you try using DDU and then reinstalling the newest driver?
also check for BIOS updates
What other apps..you checked.. other than the browsers?...that behaved like this?
Are you using... official windows or modified windows like tiny11 or ghost spectre?..
Did you debloat OS?..
