can you show a photo of device manager?
I just turn off my pc🥶
but
device manager write like I don't have problems with drivers (internet)
but it just says that you are not connected to the network and there is no icon to connect to Wi-Fi
would help to see
When I downloaded Windows on my old laptop there were no such problems.
I would have assumed as much, unless the old laptop was identical spec then it isn't a comparison worth looking into
it is odd that all forms networking are broken though
seems unlikely to be a driver imo
then what
- are you sure you downloaded the right driver
- have you tried USB tethering with your phone
1 yes
2 yes
I downloaded the driver installation setup for my laptop model, but after installation nothing changed
but I have 2 laptops through which I downloaded the drivers and put them on a flash drive
It's possible you downloaded a different driver for a different chip, some models bundle them all together on the same page
I.e there are Intel, Mediatek, Atheros and Realtek chips under the same category
And if all fails, installing the LAN driver and using USB tethering should be a success
I would be grateful if someone could help me install the drivers
Do you know which motherboard you use?
no but I have a link to the site where I bought the laptop, I can send it
If you type in your serial number / SN on https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops that'll help you
Example: Choose your OS, which is probably W11 and go down to the Driver-Network section:
yes i do this but with my model
From here, download the driver which comes with your model:
- If you have an Intel WiFi card, grab the Intel WLAN, Bluetooth driver and so forth
If one driver doesn't work, try another like Realtek
yes i install and steal get issue with internet
