Desktop icon problem

So for a while I think a couple of weeks the icons on my desktop change places when i open my PC. It isnt a big problem but yeah. Today when i opened my PC the icon moved again AND the icon are smaller with the selection square being now rectangular. I restarted it three times and it didnt solved the problem. I think also maybe the color of my screen might be a little bit more pale. I joint a before after screen of my desktop as well as a photo of my setup :

Well i did ctrl + scroll to resize it now it works but 1/2 of the time when i launch my PC my icons have a bit of a gap between them but the other half of the time verything is okay so.... yeah.
