Hey need help regarding My account which was hacked 72 hours ago and I have also send the mail and contact Microsoft but no response.
I have only got the Account Escalation No. and no further updates

But they told that the case has been forwarded to higher authorities who will solve the issue

I basically dont know how long I have to wait

Because my Debit card plus some purchases were also there in that account
