While gaming my rtx 3070ti is hitting 86c and my cpu is around 75 to 80c

And your cpu's max temp is 100
Laptop thermals are always going to be bad. Small profile means small fans and bad airflow. It's really hard to effectively cool strong hard inside a laptop case
All things considered, you have about as good of temps as I'd expect
