I get this message when opening Microsoft store and other apps, I am on windows 11 and have even installed the new one 4.8.1 network framework and have it activated from control panel but nothing seems to work

Try the .NET repair tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135

Then reboot device and try everything again, if that doesn't work you can try reset Windows store
