so this is a VM then, right?
if Continue and Reset do not put you into Windows, try selecting Boot Manager > Windows Boot Manager. if that doesn't work, try the one that says something like "UEFI <your vm name here> SSD <random characters here>", like this one
if neither of those work, grab a Windows ISO and insert it into the VM, then in Boot Manager pick "UEFI Virtual DVD-ROM," we can run a few commands from there to get your VM booting again
