Hello, I was unsure whether this was the right place to ask, but I have a new pc that came recently, and the GPU doesn’t turn on when it came with it, although the PC manufacturer ran tests and everything was working beforehand, also, they sent me a picture with the GPUs LED on. It can’t of been damaged during delivery, and it was heavily protected, since all the wires were on, etc, and the entire pc was working too, except the GPU when I plugged it in. Usually there’d be a red light on the GPU, but there was none. Nothing. I tried reseating it, tried replugging in the PCIe wire and the PSU cable, switching them, the PSU is fine because it powered it before it delivered, however the motherboard displays a white VGA light. I’m unsure what to do lol. I tried reseating it but nothing.
