You can see all programs WD defender blocks and choose to allow it

In fairness WD and AV's in general acts more as a whitelist than real AV's, so any small project without a cert will get blocked.

It is not showing up as blocked that's why I'm trying to figure out how to turn it off because on Windows 10 I can turn it off but on Windows 11 I cannot
