wifi just BLUE SCREENS THE ENTIRE SYSTEM

alright, so whenever i go to my taskbar and click the Internet icon, select my wifi connection and connect to it, it either doesn't even work or blue screens the computer with "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED." my computer is a dell latitude e6410 with windows 10 pro. i HAVE tried updating some of the drivers about 3 of them and no, it just didn't make it better, it kept it the same. also i have spectrum internet, it's wireless.

can someone help me?
