It's not going image to the screen when l switch it on. It's just beeping 4 times when l press the power button

is this the complete behavior?

Power LED flashes Red four times, once every second, followed by a two second pause, and the
computer beeps four times. (Beeps stop after fifth iteration but LEDs continue flashing.)

if so that would indicate a power failure

Well, you need to narrow down the cause to either the board itself or the power brick

#

Although iirc it is a relatively old budget device so it may simply be cheaper to replace than source spare parts depending on region and local resources/ amenities
