Can someone please help me? I started my pc today, and I launched an game, my screen turned black for 3 seconds and then showed the game. I pressed the windows key and the same happened. I cant find any videos and cant fix it. Please help!

that's because minecraft is running in HDR
it takes up your entire screen and will not let you access other apps unless you tab out
and that will cause the system to flash the screen to exit HDR
pretty sure it was alt + enter to get out of it
when in game
but that just shrinks your tab so
