2% performance laptop

my laptop suddenly lost 98% of its performance i really dont know why i tried using media creation tool to recover the windows and nothing changed i cant even open google chrome and suddenly my s then 1hour later the x stopped working i checked the keys themself and they had no physical problem i installed brand new windows yesterday and formatted everything every file and every doc/pic/system setting.. i got like 25% performance back but the windows still have something wrong like i can be using it wnd suddenly it gives me an error and restarts

and 50% of the time when the blue screen error occurs it gives me balck screen that says boot failed restart with ctrl alt del sometimes my laptop just freazes like that in the video i installed all updates

it got stuck once on this screen for a while i turned the laptop off then on

sometimes when my laptop gets an error it opens up and says getting windows ready too and sometimes download a file or update

also a common question i got asked: wdym by 2% performance or whatever

i mean the device takes like 10mins to boot up and when i open task manager its normal cpu/gpu/ram usage when i open any app even a pic everythjng just spikes to 100% and it lags and sometimes closes the task manager and the app stop responding

i cant even tell whats using that much

currently its still like that but abit better but the windows is fkd up idk why

and the keyboard x and s i asked a technician he told me it might be with the windows/board

is it over??

btw the 2% is the most of tbe time idle performance

in minecraft i was getting around 100-140 fps but i barely can open it and get 2-15 fps

Strange; dose your bios have a self test you can run; it may be a issue with your cpu (I dont think so) ram (rare, but could be, normaly I would expect less to appear, not this) or drive (if its a hdd, it may be dieing, and slowing everyhing, but I would not expect this extent.)

Also, it could be your gpu, but unsure.

Everything going to 100% is normal for slightly slower devices durring boot (windows dose a lot) but can you check to see what consistantly goes high, and are you sure ram is going to 100%???

yes ram cpu mem everything to 100% and disc too

btw i fixed some performance stuff its a bit better now but still like 50% randomly it crashed and it keep saying disc reqd error occurred press ctrl alt del to restart

and it doesnt do anything

i ran a pc system check

at first the disc gave me an error then it corrected

i think both those errors are cause of my cd driver thingy

if i encounter it again i will but search it u will find alot of stuff like that

it randomly lights up and does a sound then the pc crashes

if i kept it open then closed it wknt tho
