I took my usb out of my bag (HDD in an ORICO Case) and plugged it in, THe laptop ussually beeps that notif sound but this time it doesnt. But the light from the case Glows and i can hear the HDD vibrating, I tried on my other PC but same, no sound. I tried downloading every driver but still nil. Doesanyone know how to fix this?

Take it out of the enclosure and test it inside a PC. If there's nothing popping up in Disk Management or just a name with no options / RAW, it's dead.

tried that without inserting hdd to the pc (cs i dont have one, only all for 1 pc) and nothing pops up new in Disk Management

Thats the thing, you need another PC if its a 3.5", it might fit into your laptop if its a small 2.5" / NVMe but now you need to disassemble your laptop too.

A PC can also be powered with lights blinking and is seemingly completely fine, doesn't mean the voltage supplied to every component is good
