I was running a scan on my pc with malwarebytes and it said is ok, and then I ran a windows defender custom scan on the app data folder, and I found this

I was running a scan with malwarebytes and when it finished the result said that everything was fine, soon after I ran a custom scan with windows defender in the "appdata" folder where you can find folders named "local" and etc. Anyway, when the scan finished the result said that it had found this virus, I searched a little and found a lot of results saying that it could be a false positive, I haven't downloaded or installed anything recently, in fact I haven't downloaded anything for a long time, so I quarantined it and since it was in a cache folder, I used Ccleaner to clear the chrome cache, a strange thing was that when I use Ccleaner it also deletes the search history and this time it didn't delete the search history, I had run a full scan of windows defender and it finished now and says that there is nothing wrong now.
