#Roblox irql not equal or less
198 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
go ahead and send the minidumps that should be located in
i think it's C:\Windows\Minidump?
can someone else confirm?
any BSoD should generate a minidump, which other people can examine
just don't send MEMORY.DMP
i would do it myself but i don't know WinDbg that well
@woven flume I've had the same problem as him since i done the newest update 4 days ago, here are my minidump files
i got several BSOD, the one that have code : BAD_POOL_CALLER are already solved it was a driver issue from a driver i installed to try to patch the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error
well <@&787033266225938472>
go nuts
also you probably should submit your own forum post
okay
here
sorry i took so long
i can't send it
it says someting failed
im generating a new one
btw when it blue screens at 100% it doesent restart i have been waiting for 5min
@woven flume
continuation from: #tech-support message
and what happens after it finishes?
It will just stop, or show a bunch of errors, or just freeze
will there be a file with rezaults or someting?
like this?
ye
oh now it worked
oh wait
yeah it just says procesing
and after like 2min it says someting went wrong
how do i get to that page
It's the only way, I think you're just running into permission issues since they're being transferred from a protected area
there we go
is this the only one?
i need to send all?
preferably, but that might just be enough
I can just theorize it's a disk or RAM
so what are the options to fix it?
this is where the warranty usually comes in, they take it and swap any bad components
idk about that this pc is like idk 10years with me
only Ireland would be the country with a legal guarantee that long
yeah im lithuania
ye, that's 2 years
in other words, you'll likely have to start swapping components at your own expense
no other ways to fix it on the pc like files?
btw there is one other thing related to the roblox problem when it started there also was a new thing instaled called mintcream code program that i managed to delete but it also had a service called FeelgoodDestroyaKCX can that be a problem?
FeelgoodDestroyaKCX the only thing i can do with it in services msc is to start it because i diablet it in msconfig services place so it doesent start
That doesn't sound like friendly software...
yeah what i found it just apeared one day
#1285683585684213841 message How about this?
It's complaining about Avast an awful amount of times
but only thing left of it is the service FeelgoodDestroyaKCX
where do i uninstal it
@steep plank i have a similar issue, already made a ticket and dropped the dumps files
and what do i do after i finish uninstaling
Sorry you'll have to wait, I'm taking a break from this. And please don't hijack threads.
See if it's stable
and if it isin’t?
Well, then we're back to replacing parts.
ok
but i don’t think the problem is antivirus because why would it start making problem from out of blue
isnt doing a windows fresh install also a possible solution
It eliminates hardware from the issue, yes
btw when the pc blue screens it just gets stuck at 100%
every bluescreen is like that, they just don't recover

yeah, I think a repair shop would find the issue at this point, I'm putting my bets on disk or RAM
need the dump file?
hold on, how have you downloaded drivers in the past?
?
have you downloaded Driver Booster, Driver IO or anything like in the past??
no
good
@wide crag Do you have a second opinion on this, specifically 091724-12828-01? #1285683585684213841 message
Not quite sure, and I'm not going to try and break it down for you. But here's the stack trace:
Anyway, how is OCCT going?
i hadn't started it
Please do
So you just run it?
yes, as mentioned: #tech-support message
and witch scan i need to do?
Memory stability
Oh...this was a Windows 8.1 machine to begin with? This is usually not supported then...
oh
In fact, any support requests in #tech-support with older versions of Windows gets rejected and sent to #legacy-stuff where people rarely help
If you're willing to install Windows 10, sure
and if not?
Then we're not getting further with testing I'm afraid
so the only option that is left is part replacing?
Considering the age of this laptop, you either choose to maintain it (swap parts) and install W10 and keep it until Oct 2025 or just buy a new laptop
Sure
why is my pc loading for like 3min then i press power buton when i shut down pc?
like i shut it down and next tie i want to use it it takes time to load
it started when i deleted display adapter than the windows update reinstaled it
I mean, deleting your display adapter isn't a good idea, in worst case you're left with Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
yeah i was trying to fix someting but it got reinstaled
reinstall your graphics driver and see if it improves
no it started happening after reinstalation
Open up your Task Manager > Performance > CPU > Uptime
What do you see there?
Something like this:
48min
Then I'm not sure
Can you give me a screenshot
I won't be home for a while
It turned out to be a W8.1 laptop, is that okay with you?
I can still glance at the dump at least
2s
2x dumps reference Avast, but it's uninstalled and still happening
The rest looks something like this
If I missed a piece of key info, just say so
@twilit geyser does this only happen in 1 app? cus this looks like it happens only on 1, also why is your driver verifier enabled
yeah its only in one app
i don’t know how do i trun off that driver verifier
when trying to understang simething it says irql is too high any way to lover it
.
@cerulean shard

- Run it as admin
- Click Start, then wait
- On the browser and website it opens copy and paste the link to this channel
This retrieves no personal info
It just gives relevant info which are dump files, system specs, etc
Make sure to accept the thing related to dump files, pretty sure there's prompt that asks you it
And https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2017/12/how-to-share-event-logs-in-case-of.html#.ZFfoIRFByUk

system logs
also have you ever did a debloat, used a custom os?
also why is this win 8.1
Hello
@cerulean shard
so anything else i can try @cerulean shard
try reinstalling windows via usb
and will i lose all things i had?
not if you backup
are there any services uninstalers?
cz i have some unknown service that came with an unknown program that i deleted but the service is still there
btw in system losg try looking at 2022 april month because thats when it strated the bluescreens
@cerulean shard
This is not how it works... I suggest you backup & clean install W10, which was mentioned a long time ago as well.
And please stop pinging people that way, we can read.
