Hello Microsoft teams I have received this message after trying to update my windows to 22H2 and Now I am thinking if reinstalling windows will fix this problems? And if there's a possibility after reinstalling windows what if this error message pop up again?

In the windows update area after I download and install the 22H2 I need to restart for the update to work I watched the update every time when it reaches 36% it will say sorry something didn't go as planned and undoing all the changes then I'm back to where I started

try running this on cmd as administrator: 1: scf/scannow 2: dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
and send screen of what it tells you

I did that and it says the scannow found corrupt files couldn't fix all of it and after the dsm command it's say source not found

ok, so there was an problem whit dism, so i belive the iso is corrupted
so i suggest you to do this:
1 do an copy of the most important file to an usb or an external disk
for resetting windows you have to follow this guide
be sure that you have did an copy of the important files, and you saved them externally of your pc

Thank you so much for your help. I did the last option which were to reinstall windows and my laptop is currently at a repair shop since I don't know how to reinstall by myself and I'm just worried that it might happen again after a clean install.

i belive they will do some test to see whats happening, and if the installation goed good , they will tell you that your pc is ready

if an pc repair guy is fixing the pc, its the last thing that you have to worry
