Can't install Windows 10

I keep getting "Attempting Boot from USB Device" everytime I want to install windows 10, I tried with 3 USBs now.

nah cant be i used a different OS aside from windows and it still gave me it

different usb too

i got an hdd mbr

and its literally cooked rn

my boot.img is gone meaning i cant boot into that hdd anymore

n im tryingn to reinstall windows on it so i can fix it

if i change the boot order back to the hdd ill keep getting establishing link then some text that says "no system disk etc"

i tried ventoy but i kept getting a black screen w no input

you need to boot from UEFI

some dell computers don't support booting from mbr like mine
