Hi , is it normal that the Microsoft Support doesn‘t answer me after i send them a formular to recover my account because it got hacked , they told me i will be getting an email soon and i never got one i already tried it 4 times and he said now that it will take a week and it was surprisingly strange that the last 3 request havent got any updates .
Can somebody tell me if they have the same problem or how do i recover my account otherwise because the only method to get my stolen account back isnt answering me !

They've been slow to respond as of lately, but whether your account is recovered is not 100% certain as they evaluate whether you're the owner or not

Btw keep in mind support won't do anything, the ACSR form is the only way to recover the account. Trust me i am in the same position

they said the hacker changed every informations that were linked to my microsoft account they said they blocked it and there is nothing they can do

Yep that's the classic response in these situations, as i said they can't do anything. The only way is to pass ACSR, change the security info back and then hit up the reinstatement team

What you did now is suspend the account, which is good cause now the hacker can't do anything

Yeah support is useless, unfortunately their policy is "We don't trust anyone, not even ourselves" so they can't manage accounts, acsr is the only way, if you pass acsr then it's gg cause it all becomes easier
