Hi, my windows is freezing regularly. if i keep task manager opened a task named "system" starts using all of my pc performance, and then it crashes and the only way to fix it is to force power off, the system crashes at 13:00, 15:00, 18:00, 20:00 and 23:00. i dont know other times becouse im asleep. the event log says Kernel power lost, and brefore that some "moving error" i dont understand what that is, im running windows 11, this started happening a while ago (around a month ago). Is there a fix to this? i tried repairing windows using the windows repair in windows update, and it didint work.

nvm, i disabled stop disk after 20 minutes (seems to be a HDD feature, i have a SSD m.2) and its not doing that anymore
