Im pretty sure if you are logged into your micrsoft account it will open up a pay option for the microsft palance

Microsoft support didn't understand me, they understood that I wanted to buy games, but that's not it, I want to buy items that are inside Microsoft games

Google and Apple require using their own in-app purchase system for in-game purchases.
You'll have to either buy an Apple or Google giftcard (depending on what phone you have) or buy the minecoins on a computer.
