That really means the hard drive can't be read, like the hard drive has failed and needs replaced.

lol I found this in tech support, that was my first reply to him was to exit and reboot normally and report what happens 😄

ok so you wont need to backup anything since steam saves your save files

just run the steps i gave you and you should be fine if it dont show nothin

open Powershell or Command prompt as admin
run following commands

CHKDSK /f /r
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
sfc /scannow

make sure to backup important data since chkdsk might remove some because of disk issues
