When you boot it should show a key to press to enter setup

Unplug every usb device you have

I don't believe it's possible for a macro to still be running on that screen, so something external is commanding windows to type /c

"Every usb device" includes the hub itself

If there's a usb cable plugged into the computer, unplug it

Then plug the keyboard in directly.to the computer and see if you can control it
