Usually happens if you install a program like WinAero Tweaker, or some other program that tweaks or hacks explorer.

I think this is the program "ExplorerPatcher" that have removed it for you.

Yeah there's honestly lots of programs that can do this. At least 10 or 20

Plus you can do it yourself in the registry manually

You can't block an admin from doing whateverthefuxk they want

Someone with admin power can always wreck a system

So I gotta reinstall the entire os now

At this point I've figured out there's no way to recover this

Unless I reset the pc
