19mbps is far more than enough for even the most demanding game, but the speed difference is probably because the computer's antenna is behind a bunch of metal or something

also try to keep any kind of cables (especially power plugs and cords) away from the wifi antenna, they cause a lot of EM noise

but often it's the computer case being pure metal that blocks the signal the most

if it's a desktop anyway, laptops use plastic for it
