Not on the app no
Hi Brodie, I love trying to resolve Audio issues. Can you please tell me a bit more about your setup? Are you connecting to your PC via Bluetooth, USB or Line-Out jack?
- Is there any pattern to when the glitching starts and stops? eg - No glitch listening to Windows Login Sounds VS. Playing your favourite game?
- Can you describe your 'glitch' a little more for me 👂( ( (( .. Does the sound crackle \ pop \ buzz \ hum \ stutter \ echo \
Hi, I am using bluetooth the glitching happens randomly but very frequently
it crackles and echos
From what I understand about these Headphones, 2.4G "Game Driver" is recommended for wireless gaming audio, and the Bluetooth "chat driver" should be used for voice due to weaker driver and signal attenuation.
It may be worth disabling 'ANC' Active Noise cancellation to see if this has any affect.
Another thing worth trying, is connecting the headphones via the 3 5 mm Audio Jack to your Audio source directly if possible, just to see if the artefacts are due to Wireless Transmission, and not through USB or some other hardware..
I hope this makes sense ...
May be either a Wi-Fi card issue or Bluetooth driver issue.
There's no in-built ANC option in Windows. It's supposed to be provided by the manufacturer in their app.
Only macOS has ANC since AirPods.
Ah yeah hardware dependant
