yea, also gpu drivers are not installing and gpu has a in device manager

The gpu drivers must come from the website or the company that built your computer

Go there and download it

They designed it, built it, tested it, sold it, support it, and pay for warranty when it doesn’t work as planned

might be windows issue, lots of other tings are also showing the warning symbol

It can't be windows issue unless you reinstalled wrong
