How do I reset my Microsoft account token (if it’s even possible)? A hacker got my token and keeps connecting these stupid apps to get access to my accounts (I did run a virus which I should have thought twice about)

you can still manage to get your account remove all oauth tokens and change password

I think to remove those you have to click each one on that page.

I'd also go to security tab and find where it has active sessions and log out everywhere else
