🔴 Hello everyone, I have used my .......-my.sharepoint.com to backup entire Documents and Pictures on my PC. After I had backup, I selected the folders and Free up space, but I had clicked Start OneDrive when I sign in to Windows three or four weeks ago. Today I came to Recycle Bin to delete redundant files, my OneDrive has 92% storage, I felt such shock because my storage was down from 92% to 8%, so I reached every folder and recognized that my files had been removed, I came to Recycle Bin on OneDrive, even Second stage recycle bin to find my files, I see those which has been deleted from 17/6/2024 and deleted by me although I don't remember I've done it. I don't know how to recover it because my data is so large, it's 84% storage. Actually, I can scroll down to load the files but it takes a long time. Please give me a help ?

You'll have to restore them from there as you are, there is no faster way
WTH, it has 59045 files, oh my god, I scroll down to the bottom of the recycle bin, select those files and when I click Restore, it notify me 55K files can't be restored
Try restoring fewer at a time. Also the copy of the files you copied to SharePoint should still be safe even if the OneDrive copy is lost. So although a pain in the ass you shouldn't lose anything
Ok, thank you, now how do I enable 2FA for Microsoft account for school ?
The school admin has to allow that unfortunately you can't just do it yourself if they haven't paid for that feature and added it to your account
You might want to ask the school helpdesk if they allow it
