When i press retry all it always shows this:

Try using the recovery tool in System -> Recovery in the settings, see the screenshot above to see how to ge there. Then choose Fix problems using Windows Update and see if you can clear out.
Additionally, you can also try to troubleshoot the issue using Windows Troubleshoot.
Go to System -> Troubleshoot -> Other troubleshooters and then selecting the Windows Update troubleshooter. It will try to diagnose and fix issues relating to Windows Update (see second screenshot to see how to get there).

I think it may show a disabled button, if that occurs I think you may have to reset and try a fresh installation.
