Help me disabling these highlight boxes around clickable buttons, text boxes. I tried every solution from the internet. Gone through ease of acces settings, Nothing is helpful. Thank You!

When I had mine connected it did it all the time

When I'm using my pc not for gaming I disconnect my controller because it sometimes messes with what I'm doing and the box is always there
