Woops
this would've worked if there was no space between read and only
Diskpart failed to clear
its readonly
I did bruh
So my ssd is not read only?
yk what
theres one way you can do this
install windows in your usb ssd/hdd.
attach it and run its windows.
use any other partition tool which can remove this shit out
@stoic python
this is going to be the craziest recovery in my life ever
Wth
you can attach the hdd/ssd and refresh the drives in installation part
is there any empty partition in ur ext hdd/ssd (lets choose one i dont want to write both of them)
I can't bro my old hdd is dead and there only two left I can't
take out one of them and plug it into your laptop, take 40 gb of space from your harddrive and install the windows in that hdd
You know what f it
its not very complicated..
I should delete the game folder
So
just a bit of space which will be back after we fix this ssd
You want me to use the hdd local.windows to delete the partition of the ssd?
wait let code panda send the message, probably something imp
Oh alright
Press Shift + F10
type list disk
type select disk 0
type lis par
type sel par (replace the * with the partition you want to delete)
type del par override
do this 👆
wait, this is something we've already tried but ok
lets try it one more time
something along those lines, brb grabbing an order
btw, can we open cmd prompt from any screen using shift + f10
just during install I think
I tried it but nothing works
yeah i meant anywhere in the installation screens
after lis par, run sel par 4 then del par override, then run lis par and send ss
Let me exit the disk part back hol on
Cmd won't let me override the ssd
Delete is not allowed on the current boot system pagef8lr crash dump or hibernation volume
not sure this would change much, but try
aint disk 1 pendrive?
No the disk 0 is the ssd
no, i mean in the image you sent
I selected the ssd..
Yup
ok nvm
how about this method
Okay, back to trying on a new SSD, this drive is annoying.
Alternatively, we could go the long route and delete the disk in a Linux Live Session
?
what
how about this @stoic python
Sorry mate I don't use command to open program
currently, his ssd is a SATA type and he cant connect it with his laptop
Yes I need A sata to usb cable unfortunately
I discourage it
why though
externals as a boot drive....uh, I'm not touching that
installing to a HDD is also slow as hell
Yeah bro hdd is not a best way to install
🫤
Because hdd can't load high end programs during startup
it wont have any programs running at the moment
we just need to run a partition assistance tool
once we wipe out the ssd, we'll switch back to ssd and remove windows from hdd
well, its all up to you
Oh ok
there might be a small chance we fix the problem
or we dont have anything to lose
so what you've decided
I need to find the to get it correct way
As I see it:
- Get a new SSD
- Burn Linux Live Session to a flashdrive and delete the disk partitions from there
- Take out the SSD and put it into another PC and delete it from that machine
- Go to a repair shop
3 alternative title:get a sata to usb cable and plug it to laptop and delete
