HDD PROBLEM

i used to have a hdd (010-2ep102) works fine after a while my pc taking so long to boot and i can't see the drive any more (on bios it show up)
i tried changing sata cables & sata ports and didn't work so i bought a new one and got the same issue, now i moved it to a disk case and made it external drive but same problem too the drive show errors and after format looks fine once i download smth it get fucked again

on bios sata mode is on AHCI (the only one available)

since the disk works fine on another pc (windows 10)

Remember, It's only going one way and that's downwards. And no it's not a software issue.

Not sure why it's not detected on the other PC, only reason I can think of are disabled SATA ports, missing power or a faulty board.
