Hi, I need help. I am sure I have something wrong with my pc.

When I open the task manager, the tab "system interrupts" is at 100% CPU, and instantly vanishes. As far as I know, that is because I have something being done in the background, and it stops when I open the task so that I don't notice. If someone could help find and clean the virus, or help me format and use some backup to not lose all my files I would be so grateful, thanks.

have you done full scans with your antivirus? preferably a full offline scan

Okay open Windows Security, click Virus and Threat Protection, then Scan options and full offline scan

oh it couldn't unlock your drive? that's unespected, but yes the link it mentions should bring you to where your key is
