its not booting from usb...would be my first guess!
screenshot the bios boot menu...check if the usb is detected there...and in the first order of the boot device list...
is that general Udisk (USB)...your usb stick or something else?..
Usb stick
can you actually..move this usb up and down..in the list?..
I mean..can you change the order...within the HDD category?..
@naive plinth ?
Yes i can
does this bios have...any shortcut boot key...that shows boot devices directly...during startup...instead of going into the bios?..
Yes, f12
do it..and screenshot
this happens when you click HDD?..
Yes
no option is shown?...like generic UDISK?..
No
what is this usb stick?...and is it connected directly..or some means like hub or something?..
Its connected directly
by that...did you mean..the usb would boot the windows installer?...
Yes
did something happened..since then?..or it happened out of nowhere?..
try another usb port...just in case...
Another port doesnt working
I cleaned it and uploaded the installation files again
how did you create the bootable usb?...which software did you use?...
I changed the port and it works
Thanks
Previously, changing the port did not help
problem with the ports?...
thats unfortunate...
I guess...at least your issue is resolved!
mark the thread as solved...
