Hi there,
I have a weird (and alarming) issue whereby sometimes I'll be running my PC, playing a game or browsing, and then I'll get momentarily alt-tabbed while what looks like a command line/windows powershell window quickly pops up and disappears.
Naturally I'm concerned about not knowing what this mystery popup/program is, how can I check what it is in my Event Viewer or similar and what it's doing? I know of one legitimate application that might behave like this

i can do that but it's strange because it seems to trigger/start during operation of the pc
is there a way to kinda look at some kind of log/history to see what started in the past few minutes for when it happens again

Logs are optional so it depends on what program is causing that to appear and whether or not that program was built to save logs or not
