Trying to import iCloud contacts into Microsoft Outlook ... unable to select Import

Unsure if this more appropriate for the Apple Discord, but i'm attempting to import all of my contacts from iCloud into Microsoft Outlook contacts. when i go to "File", the "Import" option is greyed out and i'm never able to actually import anything.

note: this is all being completed on a Mac.

any advice?

Is the outlook account you want to import to a work or personal Microsoft account, or a third party like Gmail or Yahoo?

Can you try to import your file on the web version of it? I think it's https://contacts.live.com if I'm not mistaken.
