#unable to upgrade to windows 11

It looks like this error is caused by a damaged Windows installation. The easiest and probably most reliable solution is to clean install Windows, but that will result in data loss so you'll want to make sure you've got backups of any important files.
i used a usb to install it tho
also when i try to reset my pc this is what shows
What do you mean? Like you were using a USB drive to run setup when you saw that error?
i used media creation to get the windows files on a usb and ran the installer inside it
the assistant wasn't working for me
From what I can find about this issue, it looks like that kind of repair won't work here. Windows is too damaged. You'll need to restart your PC and boot from the USB, then follow the steps in the Windows installer and choose "custom" instead of "upgrade."
(but again do note that this will result in data loss)
What driver do I select for custom
Was that at this screen? If so, you'll need the driver for your disk. Usually that can be found on your device manufacturer's support website. You can use another computer (or this one, if you restart back into Windows to do this) to grab that and throw it onto the USB.
