You’ll need a new app to open this .exe file

Recently reinstalled windows and now for some reason none of my apps are opening and i’m getting this error shown below. I tried rgstry edit and command prompts online but nothing seems to work.

Probably reinstall wrong or with corrupted files. Do it again using guide

Uh oh! Looks like exe stuffs got deregistered.

I remember some malware doing that to prevent executables from opening
