Its nearly impossible to get a screenhot, it appears for a second and then closes automatically

do you know the file name? And how did it got installed. Did you visit a site which was not secure and it just got installed on your PC?

Sites use cookies and if you allow all of them, the not secure sites will misuse them...

I don't know the file name and how it got installed
I did visit a ton of sites but i used two VPN'S and a good anti-virus
I also cleared all site permissions on my browser after i noticed,

the file is a word document but as you haven't opened any word document that day, its a ransomeware
