Recently I been having issue with my PC where File Explorer randomly pop out out of nowhere even though I’m not using the keyboard. I tried by closing File Explorer but in just a millisecond it will opens by itself again. I thought maybe my keyboard is having some issue so I tried changing the USB port & using another keyboard, it’s still the same. I got so frustrated and tried by force shutdown my PC and power on back, but I encountered another issue where it stuck on the lock screen. I can’t move the mouse cursor and the keyboard was not responding at all. After a few minutes, my keyboard and mouse worked and I logged on my PC but after 2 minutes I still encountered the same issue again and again. Then I thought that my PC has virus or being hack wireless through my home network. So, I tried by running antivirus with my WiFi disconnected and connected but there where no suspicious attack or virus in my PC. Then, I came to the decision to Factory Reset my PC. After installed and setup up my PC I still get the same issue. I was so mad, that all the effort I tried to fix it doesn’t work at all. Then, when for asking help at the Microsoft Official Discord Server, but no one can’t help and they said that they haven’t encountered this issue before. So, I Googled about this issue and saw a few articles where this issue encountered by some users because of a bug in the OS. So, I just leave my PC turned off and wait till Microsoft releases a new update to fix this issue.
