You will have to shrink your partition enough for windows 10, probably at least 200 gigs, install windows 10 and then install veracrypt for full disk encryption

Why is it grayed out? Are you running it with elevated privs?

You can’t resize it if it’s in use

I dont think you can keep full disk encryption..while creating a separate partition... you have to create partitions before you go full encrypt..of the partition!

What about trying some software to virtualize windows 10? (virtualbox/vmware/...)
