A long-standing problem has my computer randomly removing all traces of bluetooth access until i restart it. This happens with wifi aswell but its less common. My computer is relatively new (2021) and its running on windows 11. any help?

It shows Bluetooth category but doesn't let me connect to devices or turn it on or off like the setting isn't there

run on cmd: devmgmt
and check if there are some problems whit the Bluetooth drivers
and also
after checking
open cmd as administrator and run this command one at time
sfc /scannow
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
and now try restarting the pc
