I want to change the colour of my title bar to be persistent. Right now, when I focus on another app it just GOES BACK to being white.
Also, how could one "disable" or "delay" preview when switching tabs? I heavily dislike the preview that shows up. And I even more so dislike that it ALSO shows MINIMIZED apps.

the top left color is focused windows, bottom right is the one out of focus

afaik for now, there's no way to do it within the settings, except using third party or registry fiddling.
tbh I missed the old Windows 7-9x customization where you can customized each and every aspect for the windowing from the Desktop control panel.

I do have Winaero but it only seems to allow changing the title bar's height. Any other third-party software you know of?
