I can't figure what type of sound or where its coming from

Its not as loud as it is in the video

sounds like one of the fan's bearings has gone dry and failing. i believe on SOME fans you can open them and regrease them but most need to be replaced at that point.

yes. not the liquid type tho.

that is IF the fan can be serviced.

altho you would definitely want to make sure the sound is coming from a fan and not from somewhere else.

but from what i can tell from the video it sounds like a fan going bad or hitting something to me

might also be something loose inside like a clip that has let go of a cable and the cable is hitting the fan

It was my shitty old fan

#

It was the only one I had left when I built my computer so yup.
