Try adjusting ClearType settings?

Press the Windows + Q key on the keyboard.
In the Search box type ClearType.
In the search results list, click Adjust ClearType text (Control panel).
Check Turn on ClearType, and click Next.
Select the monitor(s) on which you want to change the ClearType settings, and then click Next.
Follow the on-screen instructions to choose the sample text that looks optimal to you, and click Next.
Once the process is complete, click Finish.
