App Taking up space but windows says it cant find it.

The game valorant is still taking up space, I attempted i guess to delete it 1-2 years ago and its been appearing here for the entire time, however it still remains in my SSD. Although the "2.66 TB" is a visual glitch I have a strong feeling its still taking up space because i reviewed all the apps besides valorant and it doesnt add up anywhere near 131 GB, the next largest app would be voicemod which is a little less than 3 gb. I will post a screen shot below. Ive tried manually searching for it in the file explorer but like windows says i couldnt find it

After i click delete VV

if you cant find the files, download a tool like (umm I forgot, but the one that shows your disk as a box and you can zoom into folders and it shows relitive size as disk usage)
